Modernist is an unapologetically decadent, 6 piece collection designed by DESIGNLUSH owner, Stephen Mitchell and his design partner Fred Bernstein of Home 114. With "1940s Film Noir" as its inspation, The Modernist has elegant lines, rich textures and is crafted with the finest grade finishes, exotic woods and cowhide.

Base components are from an era which relished simplicity and expected quality. It is for this reason that only the finest grade finishing, exotic woods and unique uphostery is chosen to represent this line. The Signature Series, comprised of only the finest cowhides from around the world and nickel plate steel was launched in 2005.

The eagerly anticipated Elegance Line, comprised of fire polished acrylic, solid wood and fur is to debut in 2007. All pieces in the line are made to order and custom options are available.
